~ This article basically states the construction of the Hard Rock casino and hotel that has been going on for years. The writer explains the new restaurants and the amount of rooms with the amenities that come along with the construction.
~ The problem with the article is that there has been construction for many years now and the casino is still trying to remodel. This causes the guests and locals to not have a pleasant stay or drive by it when they are around the property.
~ The locals in the area would have the biggest problem with this. This construction cases traffic to build up and noise for the neighboring properties that live near the construction.

~ This past Memorial day weekend a man went to use the bathroom and as he lifted the toilet set a 6 foot snake came up and attacked his arm. The snake was not venomous and the man was treated properly. No one know how or when the snake appeared, they suggest that it maybe made its way through the pipes.
~The problem is how did a snake end up in a mans toilet and then resulting in an attack from it. It is unknown but if the snake was venomous the situation could have been much worse.
~ The man that was bitten has the problem and an officer said this is a more common incident that is happening now and more people have been getting snakes and iguanas in their house by pipes running through their house.

Their pay is to low and they do not have a good insurance premium like Miami Dade and Palm Beach. Many teachers want to have a family but with out maternity leave and the benefits to help them out it is simply out of their book.

~This article describes a man having sexual encounters with a 13 year old girl. She was 14 weeks pregnant with his child. He is serving 3 types f charges with no bond. He said it was consensual but the Florida law does not think it is consensual under the age of 16.
~ The problem of the story is this young girl is going to have this over her head the rest of her life and always remember what he did to her. For her and many other young ladies in the world this happens to people so much lately.
~ In this case the young female has the problem because she is so young to have a child with a man that raped her and having the thoughts of the man in her head will definitely make her think of things differently.

~ Three young boys were on their way to go to soccer practice and a SUV with a driver being intoxicated and having a suspended license lost control and drove right into them. All of them were pronounced dead and there is a warrant out for the woman that did this horrible incident.
~ The problem is that drinking and driving has and is still currently a problem to society. This causes so many deaths each year and not being to have this under control is absurd.
~ This is now the family and friends personal problem and investigators to go and find the woman that did this terrible act to those young 3 boys.
